ASSISTANCE FROM JETBRIDGE TO CHAUFFEUR

-An airport staff member will meet you at the aircraft gate, holding a sign with your name on it.
-The agent will escort you to passport checks.
-You will be asked by the staff to provide your checked baggage tickets, so the porter can go pick up the bags at the belt (if selected).
-Once your bags have been picked up, they will be brought it to the customs lines and you will be escorted through customs.
-You will exit along with the representative through a designated Curbside.
-If you booked transportation, you need to inform them that you will be using VIP Service.

ASSISTANCE FROM CURBSIDE TO BOARDING

-Your dedicated VIP officer will escort you through security checks, and you will skip the regular passenger line.
-You will then be escorted to the passport check lane.
-The agent will then escort you to the VIP lounge, where you will find drinks and snacks while you wait for your flight boarding.
-Once your flight is ready to board, an agent will walk you to the aircraft gate for priority boarding.
