Question 1

What does the connection service include?

Accepted Answer

Your agent meets you at the aircraft jet bridge, escorts you through immigration and passport checks, through baggage reclaim, customs and premium check-in if your bags are not through-checked, and after security to the departure lounge. When it is time to board, your agent escorts you to the gate for priority boarding.

Question 2

How much time between flights is included?

Accepted Answer

Up to 2 hours between flights are included. Each additional hour is charged at the rate shown in the booking form.

Question 3

Does it cover a change of terminal?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The connection service is priced for same-day transits at Heathrow, including connections across different terminals. Your agent guides you along the correct terminal route.

Question 4

Can my agent hold the aircraft if my first flight is late?

Accepted Answer

No. The service cannot hold an aircraft or guarantee that a delayed connection will be made. Tell us in writing about any delay or new flight number as soon as you receive it, so the meeting plan moves with you.
