Which service should I book?

If you want to be met at the aircraft and taken through immigration, baggage reclaim and customs to your driver, book Arrival. If you want help from the kerb through premium check-in, security and passport checks to the departure lounge and your gate, book Departure. The Works covers both movements under one plan, and Connection covers one same-day transit at Heathrow.

Does the arrival service include the lounge?

No. The VIP departure lounge comes with Departure, The Works and Connection, subject to capacity and third-party availability. On arrival, the service takes you through the formalities and straight to your vehicle or driver.

What if my connecting flights are on separate tickets?

Tell us whether the flights are on one ticket or separate tickets when you book. Baggage reclaim, customs and premium check-in are handled only if your bags are not through-checked, and the connection includes up to 2 hours between flights.

We are more than two travellers. How is that priced?

Each price covers up to two travellers. Additional travellers are charged at the per-traveller rate shown beside the service, for example £295 for up to two on an arrival plus the additional-traveller rate for each extra person. Children under 2 travel free, and a booking can include up to 12 travellers.

Which terminals are covered?

Heathrow currently operates Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, and the journey is planned around the terminal used by your flight. Arrivals and connections are met at the aircraft jet bridge; departures at the kerb. The electric buggy extra is available in Terminals 2, 3 and 4.
