Three things worth knowing

Flight details matter
Send any flight, terminal, date, passenger-count or contact change in writing as soon as you receive it, so the meeting plan moves with you. Changes we are not told about in writing may be treated as a no-show.

Transport is separate
Meet & Assist covers the airport itself. A chauffeur vehicle is only included when you add transport to your booking; otherwise your agent completes the handover to the driver or ground transport you have arranged.
